Our adjustable Plywood Tongue & Groove Set allows you to make rattle-free tongue & groove profile doors using undersized plywood for the panel. The problem with regular tongue & grove cutters is that they cut a full 1/4" groove, too large for today's metric sized veneered plywood. The solution is our adjustable Plywood Tongue & Groove Set that cuts a 5.5mm or 5.9mm groove, perfectly fitting the two most common sizes of 1/4" veneered plywood. Finally, no more sloppy fitting plywood doors! The set comes with (1) 5.5mm kerf slot cutter, (1) 5.9mm kef slot cutter, (1) Arbor and bearing for groove cutter & (1) Tongue cutter assembly with arbor and bearing. All slot cutters feature our 3-wing anti-kickback design and will produce flawless cuts in the most demanding materials.
